Instruction:
This standard product should be taken out from the low temperature environment before use, and equilibrated to room temperature; please centrifuge (12000rmp, 60s) before opening the cover; add 100μL enzyme-free sterile water to dissolve after opening the cover, shake evenly, and use it after instantaneous centrifugation.
Preparation:
This standard product is the complete gene sequence of Vibrio cholerae outer model protein ompW cloned into the plasmid vector pUC19, and the plasmid DNA standard product containing the target gene sequence is constructed; Escherichia coli DH5α is used for replication and production, and the target plasmid DNA is extracted and purified. Dilute aliquots to obtain plasmid DNA products.
