Herpes viruses are a kind of viruses with envelope and double stranded DNA genome. Human herpesvirus type 1 is herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1), and type 3 is also known as varicella zoster virus (VZV). Herpes virus mainly invades the tissues from the ectoderm, including skin, mucous membrane and nerve tissue. The infection causes a variety of diseases, and has a tendency of latent infection, which seriously threatens human health.
The newly developed human herpesvirus nucleic acid DNA standard is mainly used for the development of quality control products and reference materials of human herpesvirus type 1 and 3, nucleic acid detection positive control, nucleic acid detection nucleic acid detection kit research, etc. This series of standard products belong to viral nucleic acid products. Firstly, heat inactivation of herpes virus is carried out. Then, nucleic acid extraction, nucleic acid purification and other experimental operations are carried out on the inactivated virus with the virus genome DNA extraction kit. Finally, the absolute value is determined by digital PCR method.
The content of this standard is 500 μl. It is in the freeze-dried form, and packaged in a frozen vial.

Instruction:
When using the test standard, it should be moved to room temperature (20~25 ℃) for re melting, shaken evenly, centrifuged briefly, placed on ice in a low temperature for temporary use, and repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided as far as possible.
Notice:
1 After receiving the goods, please keep them properly. In case of damage, please contact us within 24 hours.
2 Please operate in a biological safety cabinet in a sterile environment to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
3 When using the standard, attention should be paid to biosafety protection, and it should be treated as potentially bioinfectious samples. The operation and treatment should comply with relevant regulations.
BNCC has gone through 12 years. On July 26, 2022, BNCC ushered in its 12th birthday.
Monkeypox is currently breaking out all over the world, and mankind is facing the challenge of a global epidemic. Since May of this year, outbreaks of monkeypox have begun in many places around the world, and have spread from Europe and the United States to many places in Asia.
The latest Vibrio cholerae ompW gene plasmid DNA reference material developed by BNCC is suitable for PCR-related detection of Vibrio cholerae ompW gene, which provides a good guarantee for the traceability of its value and can be used for relevant analysis in fields such as inspection and quarantine, disease control, and food safety control. Method evaluation, instrument calibration and quality control of measurement results, etc.
